The items we sell are hard to come by and are usually limited in quantity so, unfortunately, we can't accept returns because you might not really want the collectible anymore or that it is not in "perfect" mint condition.

We understand that our customers are looking for hard to come by items. But as we are helping you build your collection, we may list items that are "Not Mint" for our non-inbox collectors. "Not Mint" items will always have a description and photos of the flaws. 

We leave it up to the customer to decide whether the flaws are suitable to their expectations. We offer to take additional photos from items on our "Curated Collection". 

Email us with the specific item and shots you would like us to take for you. We will do our best to reply as fast as possible. We do not accept any responsibility on items being sold before this request is fulfilled.

The definition of “Continental US” that we and most other major survey organizations use includes the 48 contiguous states but not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories. 

As of now, we can only ship within those 48 states. Hopefully as we progress, we can find solutions to our collectors outside of those states.

Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship internationally. As business progresses, we will re-evaluate the best procedure to accommodate our international customers.
